We are so excited to share our strength training program with you, this program is for you if you'd love a 4-week progressive guide that allows you to add extra resistance to your exercise routine.
For this program, you will need extra resistance such as dumbells, kettlebells or barbells. If you don't have those things at home don't worry, you can sub them for household items or even a rucksack filled with books.
There are lots of adaptations which make this program suitable for all levels
